Intended for all Ops and Sales employee, who work in Encompass. This mini-course provides an overview of the Conversation Log, including how to access and use it.

This Course is broken out into 4 Modules to provide you with a greater understanding of Mavent Reports.  Through this course you will learn what a Mavent Report is, how to run a Mavent Report in Encompass, and what steps need to be taken when the Mavent results in a Fail.

This course is broken out into 2 parts to provide step by step instruction on how to run AUS on Encompass loan files.  During this course you will learn how to run Fannie Mae's DU and Freddie Mac's LPA.  This course should be taken by any employees who need to run AUS during the loan process.
