Course info

Intended for all Sales and Ops employees, this course is broken out into 13 sections to provide you with a greater understanding of Encompass, which is the loan originating platform we use. 

Expected Duration: Approximately 4-5 Hours

Delivery Method: Text & Audio, sound WILL be needed for course

Assessment:  Throughout the Course are quizzes, which are not graded and can be taken as many times as needed.  If you find yourself struggling to correctly answer the questions, it is recommended that you retake the Module, as questions from the quizzes will be found on the final assessment. The final assessment will be given once you have completed all the Modules in this Course.  The final assessment requires a passing score of 80% or higher.  You will have two attempts to pass.
