This course will serve as an introduction to the HECM loan.  Some topics that will be covered in this training include: the HECM loan purpose, rate options, and various payment plans available to the borrower; HECM to HECM Refinance and HECM to Purchase requirements; borrower eligibility, property eligibility, and non-borrowing spouse requirements; maturity event, financial assessment, HECM fees and rate lock.
