Final Underwriting

This course will serve as a guide to completing the Final Underwriting Review.  The training videos include the Underwriter's workflow in LoanForce - Lightning Queues, Encompass, and the eFolder when completing the Final Underwriting Review.  In addition, we have included a Resources section with helpful links.

Expected Duration: Approximately 60 - 70 minutes

 Delivery Method: Text & Video, and sound WILL be needed for the Module

 Assessment: One final assessment quiz at the end of this course requires a score of 80% or higher.  You will have two attempts to pass the quiz.
