Collateral Review Process

This course will serve as a guide for the collateral documentation review process. The training video will cover how to work in the Underwriting Collateral Review Dashboard, along with the steps that must be followed in Encompass and the eFolder to ensure collateral documentation is reviewed in a timely manner and reported accurately.

Expected Duration: Approximately 15 - 20 minutes

Delivery Method: Text & Video, and sound WILL be needed for the Module

Assessment: A final assessment will be given at this course's end.  The final assessment requires a passing score of 80% or higher.  You will have two attempts to pass.
