This Module will provide an overview on the tickets that are applicable to the Client Management Support (CMS) Team and how the ticketing system works.


Expected Duration: Approximately 20 minutes

Delivery Method: Text only, sound NOT needed during this Module

Assessment: At the end of the Module is a quiz.  The quiz is not graded and can be taken as many times as needed.  If you find yourself struggling to correctly answer the questions, it is recommended that you retake the Module, as questions from the quiz will be found on the final assessment. The final assessment will be given once you have completed all the Modules in this Course.  The final assessment requires a passing score of 80% or higher.  You will have two attempts to pass.
