Prior to taking this Course, please be sure you have already taken Mavent Training Part I.
This Course focuses on five (5) different Mavent Fails that Client Managers may come across. The five (5) fails discussed in this Course are ones that the Client Manager can resolve. Each Module will focus on a specific Mavent Fail, and through each Module, the Client Manager will have the opportunity to review the fail, understand why the fail is occurring, and be provided the steps that must be taken to resolve the fail.
Expected Duration: Approximately 60-90 minutes
Delivery Method: Text & Video, sound WILL be needed for Module
Assessment: This Course does not contain any quizzes, nor will there be a final assessment after the course is completed.
