Initial Underwriting

This course will serve as an introduction to the Initial Underwriting Review Process.  In this training video, we will cover the Underwriter's workflow in LoanForce - Lightning Queues, Encompass, and the eFolder when completing an Initial Underwriting Review.  This course also contains Resources confirming how to complete different processes associated with the Initial Underwriting Review.

 Expected Duration: Approximately 60 - 70 minutes

 Delivery Method: Text & Video, sound WILL be needed for the Module

 Assessment: Throughout the course are quizzes.  The quizzes require a passing score of 80% or higher.  You will have two attempts to pass each quiz.
