UW Snapshot Screen

This course will serve as a guide to using the OTHL - Underwriting Snapshot Screen comparison tool. The training video will cover when to use this tool and how to identify changes to the loan to ensure the loan meets all product and investor guidelines.

 Expected Duration: Approximately 10 minutes

 Delivery Method: Text & Video, sound WILL be needed for the Module

 Assessment: A final assessment will be given at this course's end.  The final assessment requires a passing score of 80% or higher.  You will have two attempts to pass.
